I was thrilled to be one of 5 artists selected for the 2023 Land Line Artist in Residency Program at the Denver Botanic Gardens. There I researched the adaptive qualities of plants and their capacity to mutate for self-preservation from the DBG research labs, herbariums and scientists. Those discoveries continue to inform new work that focus on imagined life forms that have been affected by our current environmental circumstances.
